You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure client preferences are central to care and support self-advocacy. This role combines community-based work with residential support for a mission-driven nonprofit.

  • Empower persons with mental illness to exercise autonomy in all aspects of life.
  • Assist persons in identifying choices and developing self-advocacy skills.
  • Provide training and consultation to staff on person-centered perspectives.
  • Participate in developing treatment plans and communicating recovery goals.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certified Peer Specialist or must complete certification within six months
  • Valid Massachusetts driver's license
  • Personal experience receiving mental health services and established recovery
