You'll own the ongoing success of a market by determining which platform capabilities and workflows to build. You'll translate market requirements into scalable platform capabilities for a crypto ETP provider. This role sits within the technology organization, partnering closely with engineering and regional business teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with regional business teams to support market launches and ongoing operations
• Translate market priorities into clear, system-aware product requirements
• Work with Engineers and QA to shape scalable product solutions
• Prioritize product investments based on ROI, efficiency, and risk reduction

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years experience in product management, operations, or consulting
• Experience in capital markets, asset management, custody, trading, or ETF/ETP lifecycle
• Ability to reason about complex systems, workflows, and tradeoffs
• Ability to work closely with engineers and technical leads

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to fintech, crypto, or regulated products
• Experience with internal platforms, operational workflows, or data systems
• Technical background or strong technical curiosity
