💼 About This Role

You'll lead barista teams at a Starbucks location operated by Gopuff, ensuring order accuracy and fast delivery. You'll execute store operations during shifts and contribute to a positive team environment. This role combines retail leadership with a focus on quality and efficiency.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assign tasks and deploy baristas during shifts
• Maintain calm demeanor during high volume periods
• Assist with training and coaching of new employees
• Execute opening and closing duties as assigned

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years of leadership experience in retail, grocery, or restaurant
• Ability to work flexible schedules including early mornings and weekends
• Focus on quality and attention to detail
• Work both independently and with a team

✨ Nice to Have

• ServeSafe Certification highly preferred
• Starbucks or cafe experience preferred
• 1+ year of leadership in a cafe preferred
