Description

You will lead and grow a team of Enterprise Architects, acting as an executive sponsor to customer C-level executives and translating strategic goals into technical plans. Your work drives new customer acquisition, retention, and up-selling by fostering partnerships across sales, engineering, and product teams.

Requirements

• 20+ years of relevant experience with track record managing Enterprise Architects.
• Proven ability to think strategically and connect technical solutions to business value.
• Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to C-level executives.
• Deep expertise in Capability Mapping, Enterprise Modernization, and Agentic AI.
• Strong background in Data Architecture, SQL, Python, cloud-native architectures, and SaaS solutions.

Responsibilities

• Hire, mentor, and manage a team of Enterprise Architects for largest client accounts.
• Act as executive sponsor in pre-Sales and post-Sales phases, presenting to C-level executives.
• Guide team to design architectures for enterprise modernization using Agentic AI.
• Serve as leadership bridge between Celonis product engineering and client teams.
• Oversee assessment of IT landscape maturity and coach account teams on architecture and scalability.
