Description

You will lead strategic people initiatives for Roku's Devices and Product Technology organization from the Bengaluru office, shaping organizational effectiveness and driving change management. You'll partner with senior leaders globally to strengthen Roku's presence in India while fostering a strong culture aligned with global strategies. This role offers the opportunity to build something from the ground up in a dynamic tech hub.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive HR/People Business Partner experience
• At least 5 years in a leadership role managing a team
• Experience working in a global environment with US-based headquarters
• Proven success partnering with senior executives in high-growth, tech-driven environments
• Expertise in organizational development, change management, and leadership coaching
• Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and introduce structure
• Experience leveraging data and metrics to inform decisions
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills
• Track record of building trust through transparency and integrity
• Deep knowledge of India's labor laws and HR practices

Responsibilities

• Lead local people strategy and ensure compliance with local labor laws
• Collaborate with senior leaders globally to align people strategies with business priorities
• Manage and develop People Business Partners
• Diagnose organizational health and design interventions to improve effectiveness
• Develop and execute change management strategies
• Coach leaders on talent development, succession planning, and performance management
• Partner with leaders to enhance employee experience
• Work across geographies to maintain a unified company culture
• Use analytics and benchmarks to inform strategies and measure impact
