You will lead the Data Science function, working with stakeholders to leverage company data for strategic decisions. You will develop custom models, analyze customer behavior, and communicate insights to executive management.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience in analytics and quantitative techniques
• Advanced SQL skills
• Experience with statistical languages (R, Python, SQL)
• Experience analyzing data from 3rd party providers (Google Analytics, Qualtrics)
• Knowledge of machine learning techniques (clustering, decision trees, neural networks)

Responsibilities

• Perform business and data analyses using various techniques
• Develop custom data models and algorithms
• Churn and pipeline analysis
• Use predictive modeling to optimize customer experiences and revenue
• Create presentations and report findings to executive management
