You'll join Coupang's Data, Privacy AI Legal team supporting e-commerce legal issues. You'll provide legal advice on data protection and ICT regulations to drive business growth. This role offers high-impact work in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise on data protection and AI laws
• Handle ICT regulatory compliance matters
• Respond to regulatory investigations and disputes
• Review and improve data privacy systems

📋 Requirements

• Korean attorney license (변호사 자격증)
• 7+ years of legal experience
• Ability to handle fast-changing business needs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with ICT regulatory laws (PIPA, Telecommunications Business Act)
• Experience dealing with regulatory agencies (PIPC, MSIT, KCC)
• Business-level English proficiency
