Your core impact is driving customer satisfaction and achieving profitability targets through team leadership. You'll execute goals from the Real Estate flywheel and report on key performance metrics to leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review location statistics and report findings to leadership
• Manage staff engagement and resolve conflicts
• Schedule classes in coordination with B2B Manager and Education Manager
• Oversee daily office management tasks and administrative duties

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• At least 3 years of customer service experience
• At least 3 years of people leadership/management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
