You'll join Woodard & Curran as a Water Treatment Operator to manage facility processes and equipment. Your core impact will be ensuring compliance with EPA standards through sampling and testing. This role offers paid training and licensing support to advance your career.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor treatment processes and adjust via SCADA.
• Perform water quality sampling and lab analysis.
• Operate, maintain, and repair plant equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and use asset management software.

📋 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Massachusetts Grade 2 Water Treatment License (Grade 3 preferred).
• Ability to make independent judgments and follow safety procedures.
• Valid MA driver's license with good driving record.

✨ Nice to Have

• Massachusetts Grade 3 Water Treatment License.
• Experience with SCADA automation.
• Background in water distribution.
