💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll help train new recruits and assist with daily operations and sales targets. This role combines fandom knowledge with retail leadership.

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage return customers
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising
• Support stock room organization and store tidiness

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to merchandise product using store equipment
