💼 About This Role

You'll assist the Global Sales Team with technical inquiries and trials for Samsara's Connected Operations Cloud. Your work will help digitally transform industries like agriculture, construction, and transportation, ensuring customers get the right IoT solutions. You'll also produce digital content and manage hardware/software lab infrastructure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor and maintain an inbound technical question queue
• Assist with technical trials for Sales Engineering team
• Create software scripting solutions and integrations for proofs of concept
• Produce digital content for product learning and adoption

📋 Requirements

• BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
• 1+ years experience working with customers in pre-sales or support capacity
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Basic understanding of electronics and electrical systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience tinkering with hardware gadgets, sensors, or vehicles
• Well-versed in cloud software, networking, or automation and control systems
