You'll lead training programs for veterinary assistants and technicians in a fast-paced emergency hospital. You'll build confidence and careers through tailored coaching and mentorship.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assess staff through direct observation and real-time immersion
• Drive advancement through VEG's Cultivate program
• Provide tailored, hands-on training for all learning styles
• Collaborate with nursing managers to broaden impact

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Credentialed veterinary technician (CVT, RVT, LVT, LVMT)
• High level of knowledge in emergency medicine
• Willingness to travel to other VEG hospitals in region

✨ Nice to Have

• Associate's degree or higher in veterinary technology
• VTS in ECC, internal medicine, or anesthesia
• Previous training experience
