🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute retail strategies for the store.
• Lead team to meet sales goals using company tools and incentives.
• Oversee operational and visual merchandising standards.
• Manage scheduling to balance business needs and labor efficiency.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for entire shift.
• Open availability including weekends and holiday blackout period.
