You'll join Bluelight's rapidly growing team as an Outbound SDR, generating leads for SaaS products that support first responders. Your core impact will be prospecting new accounts via cold calls, email, and social media to set meetings for sales executives. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Generate new sales leads using HubSpot, cold calls, and email
• Identify prospect needs and suggest appropriate products
• Set meetings between prospects and sales executives
• Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in CRM

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of SDR experience in SaaS industry
• Track record of achieving quotas and exceeding lead targets
• Proficiency with HubSpot or other CRM software
• Excellent communication skills via phone and email
