You'll manage end-to-end vendor contract workflows for CZI's Central Technology team, ensuring compliant and timely execution. Your work directly enables scientific and educational breakthroughs by keeping vendor operations running smoothly. This role offers exposure to cross-functional partners and a path to higher program ownership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute end-to-end contract workflows from intake through signature
• Manage high-volume contracts, renewals, and amendments with accuracy
• Track contract status and proactively remove blockers
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Security, and business stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• 1–3 years in vendor management, procurement, or contract operations
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle processes and CLM systems
• Strong task prioritization and time management skills
• Clear communication across cross-functional stakeholders
