You'll lead test efforts for web and mobile applications at Real, a fast-growing real estate brokerage. You'll drive comprehensive test planning and automation with Cypress/Playwright to ensure quality releases. You'll guide a team of QA engineers in bug detection and process improvements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute test plans for web and mobile apps.
• Analyze PRDs and convert requirements into test cases.
• Conduct manual and automated testing using Cypress, Playwright.
• Lead team of QA engineers and oversee entire QA cycle.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in software quality assurance.
• Hands-on mobile testing on Android and iOS.
• Proficiency in automation tools like Cypress or Playwright.
• Experience with API testing using Postman or Swagger.

• Experience leading QA teams.
• Familiarity with real estate market applications.
• Experience with Bugsnag error monitoring.
