You'll assist clients in attaining optimal physical well-being by providing treatment, tests, and interventions as delegated by a licensed Physical Therapist. You'll make home health visits in Western Cuyahoga County. This role offers flexible scheduling and comprehensive benefits.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide physical therapy treatments per plan of care
• Conduct patient assessments and interventions
• Educate clients and families on exercise programs
• Document patient progress and communicate with supervising PT

📋 Requirements

• Current licensure as Physical Therapist Assistant in Ohio
• Graduate from two-year college program approved by APTA
• At least one year experience under qualified Physical Therapist
