• Own behavior and performance of deployed AI systems
• Design and implement compound AI workflows for production

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of software engineering experience
• Ownership mentality for AI systems in production
• Experience building AI systems beyond just calling APIs
• Strong Python and engineering fundamentals

• Ability to travel 25-50%
