You'll provide direct behavior therapy services to children with autism as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team. You'll implement positive behavior strategies developed with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. This role offers the chance to join an innovative, growing healthcare company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement behavior-analytic services to children with autism in 1:1 and group settings
• Implement positive behavior strategies developed with the BCBA
• Collect data on strategies and goals and complete session notes
• Assist with individualized assessment procedures and preference assessments

📋 Requirements

• Experience working with children, preferably with autism
• Bachelor’s degree in human service field or relevant work experience
• Registered Behavior Technician or Board-Certified Autism Technician or willingness to obtain BCAT within 45 days
• Valid California Driver’s license and reliable transportation
