Description

You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and due diligence questionnaires, acting as the central coordinator for enterprise proposal development. You'll drive structured, scalable proposal execution across Sales, Deal Desk, Product, Legal, Security, and Finance, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and timely responses.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years in RFP/proposal management, sales operations, or solution engineering
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to operate cross-functionally in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Familiarity with SaaS business models strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and project-manage the full RFP lifecycle from intake through submission
• Assess requirements and build structured response plans, timelines, and ownership
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs (Sales, Legal, Security, Product, Engineering, Finance)
• Draft, edit, and refine responses for clarity, accuracy, and consistency
• Own, maintain and evolve the RFP knowledge base / content library
