🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage multiple innovation projects from brief through commercialization.
• Create and implement project plans and schedules for on-time delivery.
• Manage prototyping, testing, and validation of concepts.
• Initiate and lead meetings with product teams to drive decision-making.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Design, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience leading high-performance footwear product development.
• Technical expertise in footwear construction including outsole/midsole drawing and pattern engineering.
• Proficient in project management with effective communication skills.

• Experience in athlete or innovation projects.
• Technical knowledge of midsole foams, composite plates, or cleated products.
