🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze and improve business processes and recommend technical solutions.
• Lead IT delivery of programs for Global Channel or Partner Marketing.
• Gather business requirements and convert to functional system requirements.
• Manage technical design diligence, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with Salesforce.com Sales Cloud and Partner Communities.
• Experience with digital partner engagement and technology solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders and present to leadership.
• Full-cycle project methodology experience (Agile and Waterfall).

✨ Nice to Have

• Salesforce.com certification (Business Analyst, Consultant, Administrator, etc.).
• Tools experience with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Smartsheet or MS Project.
• Experience with Salesforce system configuration and data maintenance.
