💼 About This Role

You'll support the firm's litigation practice in California state and federal courts, focusing on product liability and mass tort cases. You'll independently manage plaintiff depositions and discovery processes, while contributing to trial preparation and strategy. This role offers the flexibility of 100% remote work.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist with motion practice, discovery, depositions, and document review.
• Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries.
• Lead plaintiff and fact witness depositions via Zoom.

📋 Requirements

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and California Bar admission.
• 2+ years of litigation experience in California state and federal courts.
• Experience taking plaintiff and fact witness depositions.
• Experience handling written discovery, pleadings, and motions.

✨ Nice to Have

• Product liability or mass tort litigation experience.
• Personal injury, medical malpractice, or commercial litigation experience.
