📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industries
• 2+ years project or program management experience
• 2+ years people management or team leadership experience
• University degree in Business Administration, Science, or equivalent

• RN/RPN designation
• Strong business and analytical acumen
