You'll lead complex, multidisciplinary projects managing risks and communicating goals to stakeholders. You'll drive cross-functional planning and execution for Waymo's autonomous driving roadmap. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify gaps and propose changes to policy, systems, and process frameworks
• Develop scalable solutions and manage risks across the organization
• Support or lead complex multidisciplinary projects including schedules and goals
• Create compelling presentations tailored to different audience levels

📋 Requirements

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or equivalent
• 5+ years relevant experience in systems engineering or adjacent field
• Understanding of Systems Engineering Processes
• Experience managing end-to-end systems integrated projects and strategic initiatives

✨ Nice to Have

• Extensive experience with autonomous driving or robotics projects
• Prior experience in combined software and hardware development
• Experience in government, safety industry, transportation/logistics
