๐ผ About This Role
You'll lead product strategy and growth for a marketplace serving the trucking industry, driving new payment and fuel acquisition products. Reporting to the Co-Founder, you'll shape roadmap, build foundational processes, and scale the product team from the ground up. This is a first-of-its-kind leadership role with outsized impact at a fast-growing startup.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead discovery, definition, and delivery of new product lines in payments and fuel acquisition
- Develop and own product roadmaps, streamlining trade-offs for business impact
- Champion customer empathy through direct engagement with truckers and fleet operators
- Drive cross-functional alignment with engineering, data science, operations, marketing, and partnerships
- Establish and monitor KPIs for product adoption, retention, and revenue
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in fintech, payments, marketplaces, or logistics, ideally for small businesses or independent operators
- Track record of launching successful products driving tangible business outcomes (e.g., revenue growth, retention)
- Deep understanding of customer needs and strong user research skills
