💼 About This Role

You'll own day-to-day facilities operations for Olix AI's London HQ while remotely setting the standard for offices in Austin, Toronto, and Bristol. You'll lead the relocation of ~150 people into a new flagship office and ensure health and safety compliance across all global hubs. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own day-to-day facilities operations of London HQ including reception and space planning
• Evaluate and build vendor relationships for new London office
• Remotely set standards for offices in Austin, Toronto, and Bristol
• Lead logistics for relocating ~150 people to new London HQ

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience managing facilities in London with strong knowledge of UK health and safety regulations
• Track record operating independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Experience managing or coordinating across multiple sites or remote locations
• Strong vendor and supplier management skills with negotiation ability
