🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage daily client communication and proactively flag risks
• Support execution of influencer marketing campaigns
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within accounts
• Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams for campaign delivery

📋 Requirements

• Previous client-facing experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Agency Operations
• Strong understanding of marketing environments, especially influencer or performance marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Experience using CRM and collaboration tools such as HubSpot, Slack, Google Workspace
