💼 About This Role

You'll lead the FP&A agenda for HelloFresh Benelux and Nordics, guiding a team across multiple countries. Your work directly influences resource allocation, risk management, and sustainable growth across the region. You'll act as a trusted partner to senior leaders, simplifying complex financial models for strategic decisions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team across Benelux and Nordics
• Own end-to-end budget, forecast, and multi-year planning processes
• Partner with senior stakeholders to challenge assumptions and highlight risks
• Design and improve FP&A frameworks, reporting, and tooling

📋 Requirements

• Extensive experience in FP&A, Controlling, or similar strategic finance role
• Proven people leadership with ability to coach and develop teams
• Strong financial and analytical skills with hands-on planning and forecasting
• Data-driven mindset with experience in modern reporting and analytics tools
