Requirements

• Prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment preferred
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
• Self-motivated with desire to achieve results individually and as a team
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb a ladder

Responsibilities

• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s initiatives
• Engage with customers and provide a friendly shopping environment
• Build client relationships daily
• Analyze reports with leadership to strategize and deliver results
• Assist in processing shipment and ensuring product flow
