🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and direct facility operations including deliveries and inventory
• Drive improvements to KPIs like order picking and defect rate
• Ensure financial performance by managing budget and expenses
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment leading a workforce
• Retail, grocery, military, or equivalent experience
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Availability during peak hours (5pm-3am) including weekends and holidays
