Description

You'll lead and scale the operational backbone of Mews' global fintech business, owning payment operations, fraud management, and first-line compliance. This mission-critical role involves driving strategy, building a high-performing team, and optimizing processes to support hypergrowth.

Requirements

• Deep experience in fintech, payments, and regulated financial services
• Proven track record optimizing and automating processes
• Experience building and running high-performing operational teams
• Strong strategic leadership and hands-on execution skills
• Ability to drive continuous improvement using data and KPIs

Responsibilities

• Own and execute fintech operations strategy for payments, fraud, and compliance
• Lead day-to-day payment operations including settlements, reconciliation, and incident management
• Oversee fraud and risk operations including rule design, monitoring, and investigations
• Run chargeback and dispute operations to improve recovery rates
• Build and develop a 15-16 person team with four direct reports
