You'll own the onboarding system for Toast's payroll product, driving the experience from contract to first payroll. Your core impact will be improving activation rates, reducing support costs, and increasing customer retention. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Set the onboarding strategy and roadmap
• Own core business metrics like pNPS and activation rate
• Reimagine onboarding through an AI-first lens
• Drive cohesive end-to-end onboarding experience across products
• Lead execution with Design and Engineering partners

📋 Requirements

• 6–8+ years of product management experience
• Track record of owning meaningful business outcomes in complex product areas
• Experience with onboarding or activation-heavy products
• AI fluency using tools for prototyping and analysis
