💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end payroll processing for Malaysia and regional markets, ensuring accurate and timely payroll execution. You'll drive compliance with statutory requirements and support scaling initiatives across multiple entities. This is a high-trust role where you'll coordinate with People Ops, Finance, and vendors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end monthly payroll processing for Malaysia and regional markets.
• Manage statutory submissions and compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, income tax).
• Perform payroll reconciliations and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Coordinate payroll vendors and EOR providers, resolving discrepancies.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in payroll operations covering multi-country or regional payroll.
• Strong understanding of Malaysian payroll legislation and statutory requirements.
• Hands-on experience with payroll systems, HRIS tools, and spreadsheets.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
