Description
You will manage high-value accounts, drive Net Dollar Retention through strategic account management and upsell opportunities, and act as a bridge between customers and product teams to advocate for features that enhance satisfaction. You'll also design training sessions to boost product adoption and ensure customers maximize value from Sigma's cloud analytics platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Analytics, Computer Science or related field
- 7+ years in customer success or account management within SaaS/analytics/BI industry
- Experience navigating complex enterprise sales environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven approach
- Proficiency with SQL, data visualization tools, and cloud platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, BigQuery) preferred
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers in high-value accounts
- Guide customers to optimize use of Sigma's analytics platform for actionable insights
- Develop strategies to maximize Net Dollar Retention through upselling and reducing churn
