You'll accelerate consumer time-to-value by designing and scaling data-driven onboarding journeys that maximize activation velocity. You'll transform behavioral insights into high-impact lifecycle strategies, ensuring every new user experiences the magic moment quickly. This role stands out for its focus on 0-to-1 implementation and building from scratch at a fast-growing fintech.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Increase conversion rate of approved prospects completing first transaction
• Design multi-channel automated journeys (SMS, Push, WhatsApp, Email)
• Manage continuous A/B testing roadmap with weekly experiments
• Produce monthly behavioral insights using SQL to identify drop-off points

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Growth, Lifecycle Marketing, or Retention in high-growth digital companies
• Expertise in Braze (or similar Tier-1 CRM) for automated customer journeys
• Independent SQL skills to extract data from Snowflake or internal databases
• Multi-channel orchestration experience (Push, WhatsApp, In-App, Email)
