💼 About This Role

You'll support Blackbird's Revenue team by designing and operationalizing loyalty and revenue-driving programs. You'll analyze data, build systems, and execute processes that enable scalable partner activations and restaurant success in a fast-paced startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and operationalize repeatable workflows for loyalty programs
• Develop performance analysis with clear, actionable insights
• Implement lightweight systems for hardware and inventory tracking
• Contribute to CRM optimization and data integrity

📋 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in operations, revenue ops, or analytics
• Strong analytical skills to turn messy data into clear insights
• Comfort with SQL, CRMs (HubSpot), Google Sheets, and reporting tools
• Technically savvy with scripting experience (SQL, Python, JavaScript)

• Experience working with restaurants or hospitality operators
• Experience with loyalty programs or rewards systems
• Revenue operations or systems-building experience at a startup
