• Monitor and analyze CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, and lead quality
• Conduct continuous A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and campaign structures
• Present performance reports and insights in bi-weekly client meetings
• Collaborate with strategy, sales, and creative teams to align campaigns with goals

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed
• Minimum 2 years of experience in paid traffic management or performance marketing
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and performance metrics
