🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead requirements gathering for CRM implementation and enhancement projects.
• Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and functional requirements.
• Produce BRDs, Functional Specs, Use Cases, and process flows.
• Support UAT, system testing, and deployment activities.

📋 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, IS, or related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on CRM projects.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong requirements gathering and process mapping skills.
