- Own HubSpot platform: landing pages, forms, workflows, CRM integration.
- Define and manage tracking strategy via Google Tag Manager.
- Build and maintain dashboards for lead and enrollment performance.
- Operationalize go-to-market initiatives with proper tracking.
๐ Requirements
- 6โ10+ years in marketing operations or analytics-focused marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot marketing tools.
- Deep understanding of GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience defining tracking strategy and validating implementations.

- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot CRM).
- Background in early childhood education or multi-location business.
