You will lead the long-term go-to-market strategy for programmatic supply and inventory at Pinterest, shaping portfolio positioning and driving company-wide impact across product, revenue, partnerships, and operations.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing, GTM, or strategic marketing roles in ad tech or digital media
  • Deep expertise in programmatic supply-side technologies, inventory management, and marketplace dynamics
  • Proven ability to operate independently at strategic level and drive outcomes in matrixed organizations
  • Strong track record of influencing roadmap, revenue strategy, and cross-functional execution
  • Advanced strategic thinking, executive communication skills, and strong business acumen

Responsibilities

  • Own portfolio-level GTM strategy for supply and inventory across formats and deal types
  • Define durable positioning, messaging, and narrative frameworks aligned to company objectives
  • Independently lead complex, multi-quarter GTM initiatives from strategy through execution
  • Influence product roadmap, packaging, and investment decisions through market and customer insights
  • Act as trusted strategic advisor to Product, Sales, Partnerships, Operations, and Marketing
