💼 About This Role

You'll design, build, and deploy machine learning systems for an AI-native ITSM platform in stealth mode. You'll tackle problems like natural language understanding of IT tickets and intelligent workflow automation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Research, prototype, and productionize ML models for ITSM use cases
• Build scalable training and inference pipelines
• Experiment with LLMs, embeddings, and RAG for automation
• Partner with engineers and PMs to define AI-first features

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS, AI/ML, or related field
• Python proficiency and experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Experience with NLP, LLMs, or information retrieval
• Understanding of MLOps practices
