💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end accounting engagements for EliseAI's new accounting platform, working directly with Controllers and CFOs. You'll drive implementation, configuration, and migration across multiple clients while building scalable playbooks. This role offers founder-level ownership in a well-funded startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive accounting portion of multiple concurrent engagements end-to-end
• Lead accounting discovery, scoping, and decision-making with senior stakeholders
• Oversee hands-on configuration of chart of accounts, vendor setup, and workflows
• Ensure migration readiness and post-launch stabilization and adoption

📋 Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, product management, or startup operations
• Background in accounting or finance (e.g., Controller, Senior Accountant, accounting consultant)
• Experience managing complex client-facing implementations

• Exposure to AI platforms or SaaS implementation
