You'll embed with customers to help them navigate and uncover risk surfaces within their organizations. You'll blend engineering and customer empathy to drive successful adoption of our AI Governance agent, Charter. You'll have full autonomy and high ownership at a well-funded startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead deployments of agents and backend systems in live customer environments
• Translate client insights into product improvements and new features
• Collaborate deeply with clients to identify pain points and propose solutions
• Travel to customer sites across the U.S. for implementations and training

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years building real products in production
• Fluent in TypeScript/JavaScript (React or Next.js)
• Comfortable with at least one backend language like Python
• Deeply empathetic with low ego

• Full-stack development experience
• Experience with customer-facing roles
• Knowledge of AI governance or trust and safety
