💼 About This Role

You'll execute SanMar's enterprise AI adoption strategy, making AI a trusted, practical, and scalable capability. You'll partner with business and IT leaders to identify high-value AI use cases and lead adoption of Microsoft Copilot. You'll design governed experimentation environments and drive role-based AI literacy programs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Influence and execute AI enablement strategy and roadmap.
• Act as internal AI advisor to IT delivery teams and Architecture.
• Partner with business leaders to prioritize high-value AI use cases.
• Lead enterprise adoption of Microsoft Copilot and AI literacy programs.

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years of progressive technology experience with AI tools.
• 1-3 years of experience leading or managing a team.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools like Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT.
• Experience driving technology adoption programs with measurable impact.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with workflow automation or low-code platforms.
• Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms like Azure OpenAI.
• Understanding of responsible AI practices and data privacy.
