🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead full-cycle enterprise sales for warehouse automation platform.
- Navigate long sales cycles (6-12+ months) and large contract values.
- Build and maintain pipeline using CRM (HubSpot).
- Collaborate cross-functionally for solution fit and smooth handover.
📋 Requirements
- 6+ years B2B enterprise sales experience in automation or industrial tech.
- Proven track record closing deals $500K-$2M+ with long cycles.
- Experience navigating complex buying centers (operations, procurement, finance).
- Strong domain familiarity with warehousing, logistics, or 3PL environments.
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience selling to 3PL/fulfillment/warehouse automation companies.
- Familiarity with robotics as a service (RaaS) or subscription models.
- Experience deploying multi-site, distributed automation solutions.
