You'll own the full sales cycle for a Series A robotics startup selling AI-powered warehouse automation to large enterprises. Your core impact is driving high-value, multi-million dollar deals into logistics, 3PL, and manufacturing operations. 🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead full-cycle enterprise sales for warehouse automation platform.
  • Navigate long sales cycles (6-12+ months) and large contract values.
  • Build and maintain pipeline using CRM (HubSpot).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally for solution fit and smooth handover.

📋 Requirements

  • 6+ years B2B enterprise sales experience in automation or industrial tech.
  • Proven track record closing deals $500K-$2M+ with long cycles.
  • Experience navigating complex buying centers (operations, procurement, finance).
  • Strong domain familiarity with warehousing, logistics, or 3PL environments.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience selling to 3PL/fulfillment/warehouse automation companies.
  • Familiarity with robotics as a service (RaaS) or subscription models.
  • Experience deploying multi-site, distributed automation solutions.
