You'll lead base operations for an airline, driving cross-functional collaboration across teams to achieve KPI targets. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead base accountability across Inflight, Flight Operations, Maintenance, and vendor teams
• Chair weekly performance reviews to monitor KPIs and resolve operational blockers
• Oversee local Service-Level Agreements and audit vendor compliance
• Represent Allegiant in regulatory and airport authority matters

📋 Requirements

• 3 years of airline operations experience
• 2 years managing cross-functional operations
• Reside within 60 minutes of CVG airport
• Must obtain and maintain Ground Security Coordinator (GSC) certification
