💼 About This Role

You'll join Alan's IT Community to manage device security, SaaS platforms, and employee IT experience while contributing to build projects that reduce operational toil. You'll work in a hybrid model from the Paris office 3+ days per week. This role offers clear growth milestones over the first year and beyond.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle IT oncall shifts for equipment, SaaS access, and account provisioning.
• Own onboarding and offboarding workflows end-to-end.
• Contribute to device compliance improvements across all countries.
• Ship automation or self-service projects to reduce IT toil.

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years IT operations experience with MDM (Kandji, Jamf, or Intune).
• macOS fluency and familiarity with Apple Business Manager.
• Operational reflexes: triage issues, communicate during incidents, escalate appropriately.
• Documentation mindset: writes clear, structured documentation.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Kandji specifically.
• Exposure to security compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2).
• Basic scripting ability (Python, Bash) or willingness to learn.
