You'll produce platform-optimized video scripts for the company's social accounts and CEO's personal brand, turning complex business topics into engaging stories. Your goal is to drive viewer retention and generate organic leads. You'll own the scriptwriting process from idea to final draft.

• Write YouTube-optimized scripts to maximize audience retention.
• Use storytelling to convert viewers into customers organically.
• Manage script process from idea to filming-ready draft.
• Coordinate with Marketing teams to align video messaging.

📋 Requirements

• Deep understanding of YouTube algorithm hooks and retention structures.
• Ability to write in both personal brand and corporate tones.
• Experience simplifying technical topics (startups, finance, tax) for general audience.
• 1-3 years professional experience writing scripts for high-growth YouTube channels.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with A/B testing video titles, hooks, and script structures.
• Familiarity with YouTube SEO tools like TubeBuddy, VidIQ, or Google Trends.
• Ability to analyze YouTube Studio data (CTR and drop-off points).
