You'll mature the risk management program at Grafana Labs, a remote-first open-source company. Your work will ensure regulatory compliance and support informed decision-making across the organization. This role offers the chance to partner with Security and Platform Engineering while reporting into the Governance, Risk and Compliance group.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and articulate material risks
• Embed risk management into the engineering lifecycle
• Own the enterprise risk framework
• Build board-level reporting structure

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field
• Previous experience in risk management or compliance
• Knowledge of software development concepts
• Certification like CRMP is desirable

• Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP)
• Experience in a tech or SaaS company
• Familiarity with compliance controls
